I started photography in the mid 90's with a simple point and shoot Canon camera while on vacation. I am still a Canon fan and I still consider myself a travel photographer as I try not to limit myself to anything specific. I can find just as much photographic art in the details of an old sign in the city, a wild mountain landscape, or the smile of a child with an ice cream cone. I am mostly self taught but have attended a few photo workshops with some amazing photographers. I am also an Architect by profession (www.tca-inc.com) so using things like proportion, balance, light and composition come naturally to me. I also often take my own artistic licence to ignore all that stuff when the situation presents itself. Thank you for visiting my site.
